Restrictions
As a minimum, your business must:
Be trading in the Humber area – Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire
Have less than 250 full-time equivalent employees
Have a turnover of less than €50m or a balance sheet of less than €43m
If eligible, SMEs will be able to apply for all aspects of the #GrowMySME programme.

What is the grant available for?
Start-up businesses across the Humber can now apply for a new ICT grant of £1,000 through the #GrowMySME Programme. If you’ve been in business for less than 12 months and need funding to help with the cost of connection to superfast broadband, IT equipment or software, the ICT for Growth Business Start-Up Grant could be the perfect solution.
Capital or Revenue or Both?
This is a capitol and revenue grant.
Any eligibility criteria
The grant is available to all eligible SMEs in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire who have been trading for less than 12 months.
What grant amounts are available?
Our new grant will help start-up businesses with the cost of ICT set-up costs such as getting connected to superfast broadband (30mbps+) and initial 12 months contract costs, back-up systems, software or the purchase of one PC, laptop, or printer.
The grant can also be used towards the cost of a new website and digital marketing to help give new businesses a boost when it comes to promoting themselves.
Grant Support available includes:
New or upgraded connectivity (30mbps+) including purchase of associated IT equipment e.g. routers, Wi-Fi boosters etc. initial 12 months contract costs
ICT Back- Up System
Specialist Software e.g. Microsoft Office, Accounting etc
Purchase of 1 PC or 1 Laptop
1st Time Website or basic E-Commerce, Domain Name, 1st year Hosting
Digital Marketing (PPC, SEO, Analytics)
Printer
