What is the grant available for?
The West Lindsey Rural England Prosperity Fund Grant - Non-Agricultural Farm Diversification, is specifically intended to support existing farming business to diversify into new, non-primary agricultural business ventures. This could be by support projects linked to making better use of under used resources such as farm buildings and/or land in order to meet unfulfilled local/broader demand for the diversified activity e.g. visitor accommodation, a farm shop, café, leisure attraction, adventure playground etc..

Only Capital grants are available.
Percentage of project cost
The minimum grant application value is £1,000. The maximum grant level is £40,000.
Applicant businesses will be required to provide match-funding at the following rates:
- Agri Tech Business Development – 50% of project costs
