Russell has over 15 years experience in Recruitment and B2B sales at Manager level. He has previously tendered for and awarded contracts for staffing with IKEA, BMW, Golden Wonder, McDonalds and OSI Food Solutions, achieved by carrying out performance and training needs analysis to improve areas such as supply chain and waste management procedures. Russell carries out the role of Growth Hub Adviser within the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership. He is also responsible for sourcing organisations and services to grants, funding, finance, loans and support for whatever stage your business is at from pre-start to established.
