Dates & times This workshop is split into two parts, so you will be required to attend both days. Monday 6th July 10:00am – 12:00pm Wednesday 8th July 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Amongst other things we will go through what it takes to make your communication effective and then apply this to the topic of difficult conversations. We will build on this by looking at delivery of challenging feedback and how to make your feedback heard, understood, accepted and acted upon.
