Session 1 – Skills Planning for your business What do we mean by ‘skills’ and how does ‘skills’ connect to your business success? How can skills help your business differentiate? Business skills needs identification Skills shortages and gaps Business and individual learning styles and their impact Skills priorities and planning What will success look like?
Session 2 - Skills Funding for your business How does it work? What is and is not funded? Real funded examples– Apprenticeships, Workforce Development, Business Education, Work Experience, Local schemes, EU funding, Graduate Internships Funding criteria for business, and recommended contact points Back to your skills plan – achieve success and maximise funding / reduce costs.
A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG. This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven. Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
