Presenter: Prabhat Shah, Director, Online Seller UK Ltd

In this 30-minute session you will learn how to research your product on Amazon, how to get found and how to build your brand on the platform. We’ll explore using Amazon FBA to speed up sales; getting product reviews; leveraging the powerful Amazon advertising platform and participating in Amazon promotions.

3.    Understanding your customers, using data, for business growth

Presenter: Deborah Goodall, Marketing Consultant and Owner, Aer8 Marketing

The start point for any business, whether in the concept stage, start-up or growth stage, is to understand who will purchase their product or service. Using data from a variety of sources that you likely have in your business, it is possible to build personas of your customers - to understand their buying habits, their motivations, and what might send them to your competitors.

Deborah will provide a whistle-stop tour of some of the data that you might have, and what it means to help you understand your customers and ultimately grow your business.

4.    How to attract, engage and convert your top prospects with video

Presenter: David James, Producer Director, The BrightHorn Group

Video marketing can really help build and fill your sales pipeline even when COVID restrictions mean you can't get face to face with your prospects.

In this workshop you will learn a simple yet effective video marketing strategy to attract your best prospects with short videos on social media, engage them on your website with informative problem solving films and convert them with compelling live video presentations.

In this session, Susan and Mark will take you through 5 crucial website MOT checks to either ensure you’re on track or identify those gaps that need filling, so that you’re online export ready for 2021.

6.    Digital transformation can’t happen without emotional change

Presenter: Alan Kittle, Principal, Creative Director, Daggerwing Group

In 2020, there is more pressure than ever before for businesses and employees to transform and adopt digital ways of working and tools. But we know systems and processes don’t create digital transformation – people do!

During the session, Alan will highlight why so many transformations fail to meet business expectations and explore how to create success through behaviour change by developing people-centric strategies. We’ll dive deeper into common emotional biases that can impede progress; how leaders affect the success of your program with their own style and contribution; and finally, how culture can create headwinds or tailwinds towards the end of your journey.
