You'll take a look at your current website with a critical eye - are there improvements that can be made easily to improve the experience of the website visitor? Could you convert more visitors into customers?

During the masterclass you'll learn about the importance of creating simple journeys for your website visitors to take and how to encourage them to stay on your site and become transacting customers through use of design, good imagery and language.

We'll look at how you might improve your online booking experience for your customer - and ultimately convert more customers!

You'll be invited to participate in this interactive masterclass and share your experiences.

You'll leave the masterclass with the knowledge to work on your website for your business.

Presented by Deborah Goodall, who has 25 years experience of growing businesses through effective marketing - including visitor attractions and destination food halls and cafes. Deborah specialises in marketing strategy through understanding target audiences and their triggers and motivations.

Deborah is commercially astute and has experience in B2B and B2C environments and has a passion for direct marketing. She has been running masterclasses and workshops since 2009 and provides content to help businesses make the most of their marketing potential - and open their eyes to some of the ways to reach the modern consumer.

Deborah was elected to Fellow status by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2019 in recognition of her coaching and consultancy experience.

Please note we are only able to offer one place per company to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible. To qualify for this funded support, your business must be a small to medium enterprise (SME) operating within the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

Am I eligible?

The masterclass is available to businesses, partnerships, and sole traders, operating in any sector supporting the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

To attend, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file).
