Blockchain is the most promising fundamental technology that is poised to disruptively transform business processes in several industries. In this session, you'll learn the basics of blockchain technology and its impact on the world. You’ll understand what blockchain is as well as examples of what blockchain is doing, and will do, in a short space of time. There’s no doubt that it will play a massive role in the future of business, let alone the impact on bookkeeping, audit and accounting. The face of accountancy is changing and it’s important that we get to grips with what it means and how it will affect accountancy.
