About this event

The masterclass is available to businesses, partnerships, and sole traders, operating in any sector supporting the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

In the digital world, PR stories reach online media outlets as well as traditional print and have the potential to be shared widely on social media to reach even more people and add credibility to your brand.

You'll learn the importance of building a relationship with existing and potential customers so they identify with you and your business through effective brand development.

By the end of this 90 minute session you'll be confident to develop your brand and brand story showing your customers not just what your business is but who you are.

This is part two of a two-part series, it can be attended as a standalone session.

Part 1: Getting your story out to a wider public!

The key content areas covered during the sessions are:

  • Understand the importance of developing your brand
  • Brand is not just a logo but what & who you are: what are you?
  • How to use your brand to create customer loyalty
