The Institute for Advanced Manufacturing (IfAM) is running a series of monthly breakfast events specifically for the manufacturing sector. These events are being held within the state-of-the-art Advanced Manufacturing Building at the University of Nottingham and will also be live streamed for our audience who wish to join us virtually.

Businesses may be able to access funded and non-funded support through the Energy for Business project. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund, this low-carbon innovation project offers:

  • Specialist consultancy from world-class academics
  • Events and workshops
  • Student placements and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
  • A capital grant for business growth
  • Access to outstanding facilities and expertise

The agenda for the event is as follows:

7:30-8:00 - Arrival & Registration, Refreshments & Breakfast, Networking
8:00-8:30 - Energy for Business Team - Business Support Projects
8:30-9:00 - Industrial Presenter (TBC)
9:00-9:30 - Networking and Close of Meeting

Free parking is available by the building, although guests will have to leave by 9:15am which is when parking charges commence. There is a Pay & Display car park a short walk from the building for attendees who wish to stay on longer.
