Business Hive Live is Northern Lincolnshire’s largest FREE B2B Conference and Expo, with over 50+ Exhibitors from businesses across Northern Lincolnshire and hundreds of professionals coming through the doors. As always we also have fantastic guest speakers covering a range of current and engaging topics.

Every year we welcome hundreds of people through the door and the exciting part is, it gets better every year. This event has evolved into the must-attend event for anyone and everyone involved in B2B. For passionate and driven individuals who want practical, actionable solutions that will propel their business forward. The Expo is also more content-focused than ever with more cutting-edge strategic sessions that will help you gain new ideas to develop you and your business.

The day will kick-start with the First Tuesday Business Hive Networking Breakfast between 8:30 - 10:30 am and for non Hive members, we will throw open the doors for the Expo from 8:30am.

Wake Up, Shake Up with Be Great Fitness - 8:30 am - 8:45 am

Introducing something new to Hive Live.. what better way to start your day than with a quick fitness session with Bailey Greetham Clark from BeGreatFitness!

Join us at 8:30am for a 15 minute wake up, shake up session!

On the main stage, our guest speakers begin at 11am.

Our first speaker for Hive Live is best-selling author and professional speaker, Gavin Scott who uses his own experiences of life, to tell stories helping you to create a winning workforce. With previous experience working with well-known brands such as 02, BMW and Barclays, he has helped them to deliver exemptional customer service.

Gavin now combines his techniques and customer experience knowledge to design and deliver events that inspire his audience to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Lunch will be between 12 – 1pm where you can enjoy delicious food from The Beachcomber, or outdoor food vendors, The Dogs and Wright Panini and Toastie Grill.

Emotional intelligence – why it can matter more than IQ. Whenever we get emotionally triggered, its usually a person or circumstance that pulls the ‘trigger’. But who’s the one carrying the ammunition? Understand that you are the one that carry all the explosives inside of you and you gain so much liberation when you learn what that ammunition is and how it got it inside of you, by getting to know yourself. This is where freedom lies, in the ability to discipline your emotions to influence the best outcomes. We view the world through an emotional lens, from the moment we wake up.

How we talk to ourselves in the morning will affect our emotional state and will determine how our day unfolds and how we interact with others. Emotions control our actions, and for the most part we only realise their impact when it’s too late. By establishing techniques to be able to observe the build-up of our emotions, we can seemingly control the outcomes of everyday circumstances for the better. We can then outwardly become creative, influencing positive change in our lives. This then provides us with the steppingstones we need to reach our goals, and to competently resolve any problems we may face along the way.

Keynote speaker:

Tim Dorsett, Innocent Drinks – 2:30 – 3:30 pm

Tim Dorsett has been at innocent drinks for nine years with one mission - to help people work better and go home happy. Tim’s role at innocent as the Internal Communications Manager helps him to make sure that the company environment, well-being, and culture reflects this mission!

Presenting numerous talks across Europe, at conferences, in universities and schools, internally and externally, Tim guides leaders and managers on how to create a culture that helps people enjoy work and helps businesses flourish. With innocent being voted 3rd in The Times top 100 companies to work for, it's safe to say that Tim is an expert in the area.

Tim will tell the story of how innocent went from three friends at a festival in west London to the company voted third best to work for in the country in 2018. He’ll explain how you can be a successful business, as well as one of the happiest. He will offer tools and techniques that you and your business can put into practice in the workplace, whether you are focusing on creating community in teams, being innovative and finding tools to use when there isn’t any budget to spend, or generally creating the right business environment.

New for 2022 is Hive Live’s Start-Up Zone! This unique area, exclusively for E-Factor's Start-Up Academy will showcase the areas newest and brightest entreprueners of the future! A must visit area for all attendees of the event!

This area will also host guest speakers throughout the day, providing knowledge and support to fledgling businesses across the region and if you are thinking of starting your own business, there will be an introduction to the highly recommended Be Your Own Boss Workshop.

Finally, the Breakout Zone will enable people to rest, meet new and old business acquaintances, grab a drink, send an important email or just to take a moment to relax before visiting the main stage.
