The Great Big Small Business Festival (GBSBF) week kicks off with the unmissable Business Hive Live, a day created to ignite connections and unlock new business opportunities. It provides a platform for businesses, entrepreneurs, artisans, and creators to connect with customers, network with like-minded professionals, and gain invaluable insights from industry experts. With over 50 exhibitors from businesses across Northern Lincolnshire and hundreds of professionals coming through the doors, we also have fantastic guest speakers covering a range of current and engaging topics.

• The day will start with breakfast networking from 8:30 - 10:00 am
• On the main stage, our guest speakers begin at 11am.
• ‘How to Find Your Magic’ - Fiona Humberstone ‘The Brand Stylist ‘ 11 – 12noon

Fiona is an exacting creative director and commercially minded brand strategist, with over 20 years in the industry working with a variety of entrepreneurs across the consumer and lifestyle sectors.

She has owned, grown, sold and run franchises as well as founding, building and selling her own thriving design agency. She’s the author and publisher of the bestselling books ‘How to Style your Brand’ and ‘Brand Brilliance’. Fiona is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to create exceptional brands. She has a knack for capturing the essence of a business, finding clarity in a complex brief and translating commercial goals into visual assets. She is a creative thinker, an innovative marketer and thought leader in her field. This promises to be an inspiring, informative and insightful presentation.

• Keynote speaker: Tim Dorsett, Innocent Drinks – 2:30 – 3:30 pm

Tim Dorsett has been at innocent drinks for 10 years with one mission - to help people work better and go home happy. Tim’s role at innocent as the Internal Communications Manager helps him to make sure that the company environment, well-being, and culture reflects this mission!

Presenting numerous talks across Europe, at conferences, in universities and schools, internally and externally, Tim guides leaders and managers on how to create a culture that helps people enjoy work and helps businesses flourish. With innocent being voted 3rd in The Times top 100 companies to work for, it's safe to say that Tim is an expert in the area.

Tim will tell the story of how innocent went from three friends at a festival in west London to the company voted third best to work for in the country in 2018. He’ll explain how you can be a successful business, as well as one of the happiest. He will offer tools and techniques that you and your business can put into practice in the workplace, whether you are focusing on creating community in teams, being innovative and finding tools to use when there isn’t any budget to spend, or generally creating the right business environment.

To qualify for this event your business must be a Hive member, a tenant of E-Factor or a qualifying business in Northern Lincolnshire.
