Impact Booster: Impact Measurement Session 3 of 3

Event Information

Fully funded support for community focused organisations such as charities, social enterprises, foundations, SMEs and not-for-profit groups to improve their performance and impact. The free programme will run over eight weeks at three workshops, alongside mentoring to improve the social impact of your organisation.

• Session 1 of 3 is on Strategy Development and Business Models (30th September)
• Session 2 of 3 is on Funding and Fundraising in the Social Economy (14th October)
• Session 3 of 3 is on Impact Booster: Impact Measurement (4th November)

These elements and our innovative and interactive style of delivery will enable participating organisations to identify organisational gaps, inefficiencies, partnership working opportunities, and areas for improvement within their operations and programmes, enhancing their ability to collaborate across sectors and influence policy.

Between the workshops candidates will be required to undertake activities within their organisation, applying the learning from the workshop undertaken, and preparing the groundwork for future workshops. The activities will be set at the end of each workshop.

During the experiential learning phase, candidates will be provided with 1-2-1 organisational mentoring and coaching to complete the implementation of learning and implement organisational change within their social economy organisation.
Often referred to as the ‘Social Economy’ these organisations form an integral part of the regional economy, providing valuable services and support to often disadvantaged or rural parts of the county and often tackling tough and complex issues.

The Impact Booster Programme is being run by Harlaxton College, in partnership with South Kesteven District Council, thanks to funding from the UK Shares Prosperity Fund.
