Alexandra Szczurek, PECT - Alex is the marketing lead at PECT, a sustainability charity based in Peterborough, where she drives the promotion of the charity and its flagship programmes. Noreen Read, Business Lincolnshire - Noreen Read is a Scale-Up Advisor for Greater Lincolnshire at Business Lincolnshire. With extensive experience in business growth and strategic development, Noreen specialises in supporting SMEs to overcome challenges and scale effectively. Her role involves providing tailored advice, connecting businesses with growth opportunities, and facilitating access to funding and resources. Noreen is passionate about fostering innovation and empowering businesses in Lincolnshire to thrive in competitive markets.

Sarah Moseley, Bishop Grosseteste University - Sarah manages the specialist support programme for the Social Economy as part of the Business Lincolnshire UKSPF Shared Service. It is delivered locally by Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) through the Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy (GLSEA). Sarah is a Chartered Manager and is the Head of Social Purpose at BGU. Over her career, Sarah has held positions in the private, public, social economy, and educational sectors.

Andrea Collins, Founder of Global Trade Department - Andrea is an international trade specialist with 25+ years’ experience in the industry. A linguist fluent in French and Spanish, Andrea specialises in importing, exporting, global sustainability, trade compliance, business resilience, and business growth. A passionate ambassador of UK micro businesses and SMEs, she launched Global Trade Department (previously known as The Export Department) to assist these companies expand their horizons internationally, raise the profile of UK goods and services abroad, and add vital resilience to supply chains through global sourcing.

Samuel Freeman, Managing Director of Mobrayfoam - Founded in 2002, Mowbray Foam manufactures products predominantly for the upholstery and furniture industries. Samuel had a short career in science following his PhD, after which he assumed a management position in the company. Mowbray aims to expand production capabilities with automation and move into new product areas and markets.

The event is available to businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire & Rutland except for East Lindsey, South Holland, and Boston. In these areas, the district or borough council will directly deliver most business support services through a new service.
