Our host for the night will be Matthew Storey. Matthew has always shown true versatility in his approach to learning and development and with his passion for personal growth uses his unique memory and experience of interacting with thousands of people across the UK to demonstrate the benefits of developing a culture of two -way communication in everything we do. Author of ‘The 3 ‘R’s of Customer Service: Putting Humanity Back into Customer Relationships’, he is passionate about changing the face of customer service by actually introducing a human face.Learn how he believes that far too often the essence of humanity has been sucked out of the service industry by the speed of the digital age that we operate in, and how retail, hospitality and leisure businesses in our area can really make an impact with their unique customer experience in our real world!.

Local business owner and eco-warrior - Toni Buckle-Weavers. Toni’s true passion in life is looking after the world we live in and securing its health for our future generations. Having always had an affinity with the sea she set up paddle boarding business Ebb & Flo Living in 2017 to give people the opportunity to experience the calming influence of the water. This was followed by the launch of a jewellery range that utilises locally found resources and fits with her strong environmental message about the plastic recycling issues which are at the forefront of the news at present. Her love of Cleethorpes and overwhelming desire to see more people enjoying the coastal vibe shine through. She wants everyone to support their local businesses and help them flourish so that the whole resort of Cleethorpes gets better and better.

Keynote speaker for the evening - Claire Brumby of Scrubbys Crisps. Claire is an entrepreneur, coach, mentor and consultant to new and established businesses nationally and internationally and uses her experience gained from founding, growing and exiting her own multi award winning brand, Scrubbys Crisps to work with hundreds of businesses and their founders. Apart from running workshops and bootcamps she is a keynote speaker and best-selling author of ‘The Winning Mix: Launch and Grow your Food Business without Selling your Soul’, and has appeared on national TV following her pitch on BBC’s Dragons Den. With hobbies that include open water swimming, which saw her complete a cross channel swim last year, this is one tough lady who reveals the personal sacrifices and determination that have got her to where she is today.

And to the end the night - it has to be, the inimitable Tom Jones and Pink (otherwise known as Andy Wood and Monique Mitchell-Wood).
