David graduated from Harvard Law School with a LL.M. and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University China. David is admitted to practice law both in China and New York State, U.S.
David has more than 19-years of practice experience in China and U.S. He has gained in-depth knowledge on Chinese and international commercial cultures and legal systems.
David specializes in Compliance (data and privacy, anti-corruption and antitrust), Corporate and Commerce, M&A, Cross-border Transactions and PE/VC.
Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices, David worked for two well-known Chinese law firms, and most recently worked for a Fortune 500 Company as its APAC General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
