Virtual Conference
New Landscape, New Opportunities
Guest Speaker - Matt Warman, MP
Boston's own MP, Matt Warman serves in the government as a Minister in the department of Media, Culture and Sport. As Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Digital and Broadband, he has seen how 2020 has accelerated the move to greater digital connectivity and remote working and will launch the conference with his take on the new opportunities now open to business. This is especially relevant here in Lincolnshire where our remoteness has often been a headwind to progress - 2020 has changed that forward.
There will be an opportunity after the 'Made in Boston' awards to ask any questions you have to the panel of experts.
Made in Boston Awards
Following the 'New Landscape, New Opportunities' virtual conference, there will be a short 'Made in Boston' awards ceremony to highlight the amazing new ideas and innovations from the last 12 months.
By entering these awards you will help raise the profile of your business, highlight the products and services you provide and benefit Boston’s image and profile.
Sponsored by Business Lincolnshire, Duncan & Toplis, Chattertons, Boston Borough Council and Boston College.
If you would like to put yourself or your company forward for a 'Made in Boston' award you can do so by filling in the form on the event website or alternatively for further information, please contact the Employer Engagement Team on employers@boston.ac.uk or 01205 313242.
