Construction Talent Retention Scheme

The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) are supporting recruitment and promoting sector-specific opportunities for the construction industry with a dedicated, simple-to-use platform. Companies can list vacancies and individuals can register their personal profiles and CVs, making it easier for construction businesses to find and recruit quality candidates. The profiles of anyone registered are searchable by companies, who can then contact candidates directly, or upload a job vacancy for individuals to apply for. 

 

The portal includes:

  • The option to search for and recruit quality individuals
  • Opportunity to promote an unlimited number of vacancies
  • Facilitation of direct contact between companies and individuals who are interested in a career in the sector
  • Active promotion of candidates to interested organisations locally, regionally and nationally
  • Tailored company pages and microsites to promote businesses, services, latest vacancies, news and events from the sector
