Glint is a profit-with-purpose social enterprise that creates bespoke learning, development and therapy programmes. We support individuals, leaders, teams and organisations using a combination of methods, all designed to bring out the best in people. Our primary modalities are: Personal and Professional Coaching Hypnotherapy and NLP Equine Facilitated Learning, Coaching and Therapy Using any, or all of the above techniques, we work on a 1:1, or group basis to support with areas such as leadership, team development, mental health and wellbeing. Our charitable objectives are to support people with mental health and wellbeing challenges by reinvesting the profits from our mainstream activities, enabling those less able to pay to access our services at a subsidised rate.
