We’re an independent bakery located on the eastern-edge of Lincoln making slow-fermented breads and pastries using the finest ingredients to create great tastes and textures whilst also being good for digestion and health. Establish by Ralph Gilsenan and Adam O'Meara in 2023, we are slowly growing Grain of Truth bakery with the help from a small team of enthusiastic bakers recruited locally in the city.
