The BBRS (Business Banking Resolution Service) helps small-to-medium-sized businesses to resolve complaints directed at other organisations, such as banks and charities.
The service offers personalised, practical support from a team of highly-skilled and experienced dispute specialists - at no cost to your business!
The BBRS can help you to settle any disputes your business may have had with a bank or charity, whether this be past or present. If the BBRS upholds a complaint, it can make a financial or non-financial award against your bank, with up to £350,000 for historical cases and £600,000 for contemporary cases.
The service acts as a cost-effective alternative to going to court and can help your business to access the compensation you may be entitled to.
