1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lives. This means it’s likely that someone in your workplace - now or in the future - could be affected.

What’s available for businesses?
The Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership offers free training, support and resources for businesses in Greater Lincolnshire. This includes:

- Step-by-step guides and toolkits to help you write your own domestic abuse policy
- Staff training sessions so you know how to spot the signs and respond in the right way
