What is the grant available for?
The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) has announced a £2 million Development Grant programme to support UK supply chain companies in scaling up their operations and enhancing the country’s global position in the offshore wind market.
The initiative aims to foster innovation and support businesses contributing to the expansion of the UK’s offshore wind supply chain.
Grants ranging from £50,000 to £500,000 are available, covering up to 50% of project costs.
The programme is open to UK companies within the offshore wind sector and those from other industries, provided their projects align with the priorities outlined in the Supply Chain Capability Analysis and Industrial Growth Plan.
Funding will be allocated on a competitive basis, with priority given to proposals featuring near-to-market or market-ready solutions and demonstrating a clear ambition for growth within the sector.
