What is the Business Support?
A series of rapid workshops designed for businesses who are looking to innovate and evolve with new offerings, products, services or processes. Creative thinking techniques are utilised to help the identification of opportunities, reduce risk, and increase the likelihood of success.
They will be led by Rebecca Stockdale, who has worked within the business community for the last 5 years, advising and training teams on creative approaches to innovation whilst helping them achieve growth through greater alignment with market needs.
During the course, you will discover how to
- identify new opportunities for exploration - both internal and external
- gain a deeper understanding of how you can refine your current products, services and processes
- learn how to diversify with new offerings for your customers
This is all while developing new skills and techniques to engage with clients to understand their wants and needs. Through the use of experimentation, you will be able to test more business ideas with less financial and resource commitment, ultimately giving you the ability to pursue growth opportunities with confidence.
The course will be delivered in 2 workshops with the cohort lasting 2.5 hours, and a 2 hour 1-2-1 session focussing on how to bring your business ideas to life. Due to the nature of the approach, the course is designed for organisations with 5+ employees, with 2 participants attending the workshop sessions, and a wider team in the final session.

Restrictions
Businesses must have a minimum of 5 employees, with 2 attendees participating in the first 2 sessions and a wider team in the third session, up to 6 participants.

You will leave the session with a clear plan of the next steps to grow or evolve your business based on experimentation. Through the development of creative thinking techniques, you will be equipped to identify, develop and fulfil potential opportunities.
Who’s the best person on my team to send?
The course is designed for anyone who is interested in changing and improving their internal practices, developing growth opportunities or improving products and services. All we ask is that they have company buy-in for the changes and experimentation which will be at the heart of this programme.
What is the time commitment and format of the course?
The course is an online programme including three workshops. Sessions 1 and 2 are held on together with the extended cohort with 2 participants from each company over 2.5 hours, and session 3 is held on a company only basis including members of the wider team for 2 hours.

This support programme is part of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub offer.
It is being delivered by Rebecca Stockdale of Much Clearer, a seasoned innovator and startup mentor who helps businesses evolve their offerings, whilst creating user-centric impactful products and services.
