The Investment Hub is a unique service for Businesses situated in North East Lincolnshire seeking growth and development opportunities.
If you are experiencing or planning for growth in your business and are in the North East Lincolnshire area or looking to relocate to NEL, then we can help you by directing you to suitable sources of finance.
We are a group of professional business referrers who know their way around grant funding, finance options, lending products and financial services and can look at ways of helping you in your preparation.
The Hub team are able to put you in contact with suitable commercial lenders including banks, finance companies, gap funders and peer to peer lenders to help your business move forward. We can help you understand which publicly-backed financial services are available and help you to discover finance options that you may not be aware of and have not even considered.
With more than 100 years experience in the sector between us, it’s a free, impartial service you can trust.
The Investment Hub is open to enquiries from businesses of all sectors, however large or small, and also to advisors or intermediaries acting on behalf of their client. We also welcome contact from investors who can offer financial support to businesses in our area.

This is a non-profit making and free service, supported by North East Lincolnshire Council to any business looking to expand or indeed base themselves in the authority area.
How to apply for the grant?

Telephone 07921 562500 and complete a short Business Contact Form, an appointment will be made to meet in person with 1 or more members of the Investment Hub NEL team at your premises. After meeting a member(s) of the Investment Hub NEL team they will be able to advise the best funding option(s) to refer you by email or phonecall .
