MicroCapture is a Grantham-based business specialising in adding sensory value to consumer products.
They develop specialist fragrances using a process called micro-encapsulation, which produces a slow continual release of fragrance. This is added to paper, tissue, carpets and other materials to provide a long lasting fragrance release.
MicroCapture, who have been trading for around 30 years, approached Business Lincolnshire for help with grant funding through the Digital Growth fund, to bring their manufacturing processes in-house, through the purchase of software required to build an efficient in-house production system. This would reduce their production costs and allow them to meet customer demands quicker.
The Growth Hub also provided guidance to various support networks to continue their business growth
