I am an Uppingham based, independent ISO 9001 practitioner and qualified ISO 9001 Lead auditor offering a range of services including tailored services for small businesses on tight budgets, training, system implementation, remedial work to address issues raised in audits, internal auditing and retained quality management for businesses which are too small to have in-house quality management. I also have a unique service called ISO Club – real and effective ISO 9001 systems for under £5k, designed for businesses of 50 people or fewer where time and resources are limited. No business is too small for ISO 9001 certification.

I believe in creating real, effective systems which support small businesses in being able to grow and I often work on improvement projects alongside building and implementing ISO 9001 systems. This can help with efficiencies, competencies, planning and other areas of the business which are important for growth.

I take a people-centred approach to ensure that everyone in the business understands ISO 9001 , how it benefits them and the business, what their contribution can be as well as understanding processes and procedures.
