About
Pioneers in Energy Equality
APK Industries (APKI) is a designer and manufacturer of Portable Power Stations (PPSs) also known as Portable Power Units (PPUs). Our PPSs provide reliable outputs for critical and demanding applications, where access to power would otherwise be limited.
Our mission is simple. We believe that access to energy is a fundamental right, not a privilege. With this in mind, we strive to be a catalyst for positive change in the energy sector.
Through cross-industry collaboration, extensive testing, and innovative product design, our engineers have created state-of-the-art technology to facilitate reliable clean energy outputs in even the most demanding conditions.
From lights-out to life-or-death scenarios, our units have been used to combat electricity outages and power emergency medical equipment and general welfare appliances around the globe, ensuring sustainable and equitable energy provision for everyone, regardless of their location.
Services and capabilities
- APKI Power Products
- The APKI 1600LP, APKI 2200Li, and APKI 369 Portable Power Station (PPSs) models have been specifically developed to meet the needs of vulnerable people during prolonged power outages.
- Sensitive medical equipment and general welfare appliances require consistent, high-power energy outputs. Our PPSs provide up to twelve hours of continuous use to allow patients and vulnerable people to receive the care they need.
- The Stats
- - Battery: Each PPU unit is equipped with a lithium-ion or lithium phosphate battery with seven layers of built-in protection.
- - Weight: All units are portable and lightweight, ranging from 18 to 29kg.
- - Sensitivity: Pure Sine wave ensures safe and continuous use for even the most sensitive and demanding medical equipment and appliances.
- - Outputs: Our PPSs are completely silent, emit zero emissions, have low EMF levels, and are maintenance-free.
- - Charging: Units Can be charged from mains power, a vehicle 12v supply, or solar panels.
- Remote Monitoring Capabilities
- We’ve collaborated with a leading tech company to enable remote monitoring of our PPUs. Data can be accessed through an online portal – updated in real-time which shows each unit’s location, battery power levels, power consumption, fault codes and any impact received with pottential damage caused to the PPS.
- End users can use this information to determine when a new, fully charged unit is required, without the need for a site visit. For medical personnel, these insights can allow emergency responders to ensure patients continue to receive the care they need without disruption.
