We are one of Lincolnshire’s first Net Zero Farming businesses. We are building the UK’s first Commercial Scale Insect Farms with Waste Upcycling plants in a cluster in Greater Lincolnshire.
The Farms will use a full circular philosophy to ensure Zero Waste and Carbon neutrality. The Farm will take in organic waste from a wide range of local suppliers, diverting it away from Landfill and use that as a feedstock for the Insect production by Bioconversion. Because we are Farmers we respect Animal Welfare entirely.
The Co-products of this process are Animal Feed Protein, a Sustainable Frass Fertilizer and an incredible Anti Microbial Bio Oil.
Fairman Knight own a number of original brands to deliver these products to the market: Copper Fly and Mouche Bouche.
