Hajni’s Homemade Cakes

I create bespoke celebration cakes and wedding cakes with Swiss meringue buttercream filling. My cakes are decorated with either sugar paste or a more modern alternative which is edible wafer paper.
My bespoke celebration cakes can feature favourite objects, cartoon characters , pets, hobbies, etc. Basically anything that is completely personal to the occasion or the celebrant.
I’m proud to be one of the first cake makers to offer wafer paper cake decorations and wafer paper flowers in Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire.
I also make Italian macarons that are available in both small and large quantities.
