As a specialist in Coaching Psychology, Leadership Development, and Assessment & Selection, Rachel is both a BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist and HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist. She is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an MISCP Accredited Coaching Psychologist.

As Managing Director, Rachel is the primary consultant, offering customised coaching, assessment, and development solutions for both organisations and individuals.
