ResPeo stands for Researching People.
We provide:
– qualitative research and evaluation services
– insights gathering and report writing
– team and leadership development, executive coaching and soft skills training.
We are a team of university academics, research and evaluation methodologists, and organisational psychologists primarily working with charities and the public sector. We are a values-driven organisation, with person-centred design and research methods at the core of what we do. We evaluate programmes, services and organisational impact, working closely with our clients, identifying areas of good performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
