In this first workshop of three, we will focus on moving beyond the business model canvas, to look at advanced business modelling for growth and impact. The Beyond Impact Booster Programme, a fully funded initiative designed to help established social enterprises, charities, and community organisations in South Kesteven strengthen their resilience, diversify their income, and prepare for long-term growth.
This advanced organisational development programme is specially designed and tailored for established organisations, ideally operating for five years or more, or that are at the stage in their development where they are ready to scale their impact, delivery model, or reach.
Over three in-person workshops, two virtual sessions, and personalised mentoring, participants will learn to:
Between sessions, organisations will apply concepts to their own settings through structured assignments and experiential learning, supported by mentoring and drop-in clinics to address real-time challenges.

Delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council, funded by the UK Government Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Places are free, booking is essential. Open to organisations based in or serving communities in the South Kesteven District area.
The programme runs from January to March 2026.
