Event Information

Cyber attacks are on the rise, and no business is too small to be a target. While headlines often focus on large companies, businesses of all sizes fall victim every day to hackers, malware, and phishing emails.

As organisations increasingly rely on digital technology, artificial intelligence, and global connectivity, they also expand the ways their systems can be breached.

To help address these risks, the Police Cyber Resilience Centre has partnered to deliver a free, practical webinar. Attendees will learn how to protect their organisation from the latest threats without jargon. The session will explain how cyber criminals gain access to systems and outline simple steps to spot scams and phishing emails, strengthening cyber defences.

What you’ll learn:

  • Understand risk and recognise best practice
  • Be aware of the steps to prevent an incident
  • Understand incident response measures you can take

Speaker:

Chris White

Chris is an experienced cyber security consultant, presenter and leader, working with the public, private, and academia sectors, protecting organisations from fraud and cyber-crime. He is also a senior police officer.
