This festive event aims to bring together changemakers, innovators, and community leaders from across South Kesteven and Greater Lincolnshire who operate in the vibrant social economy sector for an afternoon of inspiration, learning, and connection.

Be among the first to hear about bold new report and recommendations on the support needs of social enterprises, charities, and community groups in the district.
💻 “12 Tech Tips of Christmas” Workshop (Please bring a laptop and charger or charged smart device)
A practical, fast-paced session designed to help Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprises level up their digital processes – from smarter collaboration tools to simple automation wins.

About the Hosts:

Advanced Social Economy Incubator at Harlaxton Manor
A free programme supporting South Kesteven’s social economy through leadership development, mentoring, and strategic growth. Delivered by Harlaxton Manor College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council and funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The incubator helps organisations move from surviving to thriving, through the Social Economy Network, Impact Booster, Beyond Impact Booster and Adaptive Leadership into Action programmes.
Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy (GLSEA)
Delivered by Lincoln Bishop University, and funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the Social Economy Academy offers free training, masterclasses hosted by university academics, and networking events for organisations with a social or environmental mission.

The event will take place in the elegant Gold Room, a perfect setting for festive cheer and strategic conversations.

Free to attend for eligible organisations. Spaces are limited — book early to avoid disappointment.

This event is funded by UK Shared Prosperity Funding and is FREE to attend for eligible organisations. Due to limited numbers and to facilitate meaningful networking, only two tickets are available for each eligible organisation.

If your organisation is based in, or operates in the district of South Kesteven in any way (i.e. has an office, or delivery venue in the district) you need to book a “South Kesteven Organisation Ticket”. Your information will then be shared with the Advanced Social Economy Incubator, who will contact you to request that you complete a project enrolment form if you have not already done so. If your organisation does NOT have links to South Kesteven and is based in, or operating out of (i.e. has an office, or delivery venue in the district) the areas of: Lincoln, Boston, East Lindsey, West Lindsey, North Kesteven, South Holland, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, you need to book an “Other Districts Organisation Ticket”. You will then be contacted by the Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy to request that you complete a project enrolment form if you have not already done so.

This event is being delivered jointly as part of the Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy programme which is funded by the UK Government and is supported by Lincolnshire County Council and Business Lincolnshire. It is delivered locally by Lincoln Bishop University. And the Advanced Social Economy Incubator which is funded by the UK Government and is supported by South Kesteven District Council. It is delivered locally by Harlaxton Manor College.
