The Polyglot Lab is a Lincoln-based software studio that designs and builds operational systems for small and medium-sized businesses.

We help organizations move away from fragmented tools and spreadsheet-driven workflows by creating integrated systems, automation, and real-time operational visibility. Our work focuses on simplifying day-to-day operations, reducing manual processes, and improving how teams track and manage work.

Alongside product development, we collaborate with a small number of businesses through targeted consulting engagements. This allows us to stay close to real operational challenges and continuously refine the systems we build.

Our approach is practical and hands-on — we don’t produce reports that sit on a shelf. We design, build, and implement solutions that work in real environments, using modern tools, APIs, and lightweight custom software where needed.

We are currently developing a set of operational intelligence tools aimed at helping SMEs replace fragile, disconnected processes with simple, reliable systems that scale with their growth.
