High Growth Accelerator
This programme is designed for established businesses in Greater Lincolnshire who are experiencing or anticipate experiencing high growth in their business, in terms of revenue and staff. The programme offers a combination of online and in person support designed to accelerate business growth. This includes a detailed cash flow improvement programme, a one-day workshop for business owners, and in-person events for the programme alumni.
The owners of SME businesses in Greater Lincolnshire, with business revenues in excess of £500k per year, and growing at c.20%+ per year.
The Cash Accelerator programme is only open to past participants of the Business Lincolnshire Scale Up programme, or the High Growth Leadership and Management Entry Workshop.
Alumni events are only open to past participants in Business Lincolnshire Scale Up programmes.
Cash Accelerator programme
This programme uses a world-class software platform to identify ways to significantly improve cash flow in the business. It is designed to be accessible to non-financial business owners.
High Growth Leadership and Management Entry Workshop
A one-day in-person High Growth Leadership and Management Entry Workshop for up to ten business owners. The workshop focusses on improving personal leadership capability to successfully lead high growth businesses. Participants will a DISC assessment prior to attending the workshop.
Alumni Sessions
Three half day, in-person, high performance business sessions for the alumni of previous Business Lincolnshire Scale Up Programmes. Each session will include a learning topic relevant to high performing businesses and networking with other high growth businesses.
Business owners who want to improve their leadership and management capability; improve their understanding of what affects their business cash flow, and how to positively improve business cash flow; and increase their network of other high performing business leaders in the Greater Lincolnshire region.
Applications to the programme should be made via the Business Lincolnshire website, or your local Growth Hub Advisor.
This programme has a limited number of places and applicants must have previously completed one of the Business Lincolnshire Scale Up programmes, or the High Growth Leadership and Management Entry Workshop. Applications will be vetted for suitability to this high value programme.
The one-day in-person workshop is limited to ten high-growth SME business owners and will take place in September 2026 (date tbc).
All alumni workshops are restricted to past participants of the Business Lincolnshire Scale Up programme and take place throughout 2026 and 2027 (dates tbc).
