Now Then Coaching supports children, young people, and families with emotionally informed coaching and wellbeing support. Founded by an experienced Accredited Young Person life coach, Assistant Educational Psychologist, teacher, and SENDCo, the service helps families understand behaviour as a form of communication while strengthening emotional wellbeing, confidence, and connection. Support includes parent coaching, child coaching, school consultancy, SEND and EHCP guidance, emotional regulation support, and specialist support for military and separated families. Now Then Coaching offers compassionate, practical strategies to help children feel understood and families feel supported before difficulties reach crisis point.
