I help clients understand their obligations and keep projects moving smoothly by preparing and serving notices, acting as the agreed or adjoining owner’s surveyor, producing Schedules of Condition, and drafting legally robust Party Wall Awards. My focus is simple: transparent advice, fair outcomes, and a stress‑free experience for everyone involved.
