This is the third in our series of invite-only events for Business Lincolnshire Scale Up and High Growth programme alumni, bringing together ambitious local business leaders to continue learning, sharing ideas and building momentum.

Growth plans get created, but day-to-day pressures take over. Teams get busy, but not always aligned. Progress happens, but often slower than expected.

This practical half-day session is designed to help you improve the way your business executes its high growth strategy.

The session will be delivered by High Growth Business Coaches, Leon Mundey and Stuart Ross.

Using practical tools and proven high growth principles, we will explore how ambitious mid-market businesses can turn strategy into action by creating clearer priorities, stronger accountability, better rhythms, and more consistent follow-through.

During the morning, you will have the chance to:
