Sparkhouse – Enterprise@Lincoln

This Lincoln landmark is the gateway between the University and the local business community. Enterprise@Lincoln is much more than just office space; it offers business development and practical support and guidance to both new and established businesses. There are also virtual tenancy options available.

Established in 2002, Sparkhouse came into fruition with the aim of providing creative and innovative startups with the facilities and support they need to launch and grow into sustainable businesses. The Business Incubation Team encourages and supports opportunities for our tenants and services to partner with university staff, so please get in touch if you have a project in mind. Sparkhouse has supported 700 businesses and created over 785 jobs.

MEETING ROOMS

Sparkhouse meeting rooms are perfect for team meetings, presentations, workshops and seminars. Our light and spacious rooms can accommodate up to 25 boardroom style or 50 theatre style and are fully air-conditioned. Each is equipped with full audio visual and wireless facilities.

CAFÉ

Our café provides an excellent location for an informal meeting or simply as a place to enjoy a break! The café sells a wide range of refreshments and snacks and is a great place to meet with your colleagues and contacts over coffee.
