Heat Training Grant: Heat Networks

The Midlands Net Zero Hub is working with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to help develop the skills needed to support England’s growing heat network sector.

Eligible heating engineers and professionals working in heat networks can access grants of up to £500 towards approved training courses delivered by participating providers. Courses cover areas such as design, construction, operation and maintenance, metering and billing, and heat network standards.

The grant is available to learners based in England, and training providers apply for funding on behalf of successful applicants. Businesses and individuals can choose from a range of approved courses designed to build knowledge and support the transition to low-carbon heating infrastructure.
