The Business Services Team deals with enquiries, local marketing, inward investment and liaises with local agents and developers, helping businesses to invest, expand and grow.

We operate a confidential service, personally handling all types of business enquiries from start to finish, varying our level of involvement according to the clients’ wishes. We operate with a development team approach and can facilitate meetings with relevant parties and signpost to other help and advice as required.

The team has ready access and can obtain property details of commercial premises including industrial, office, retail and land available in the Lincoln area through both ourselves and the main local commercial agents.

Should any of the readily available opportunities fail to meet specific requirements then the team can carry out a more detailed search on additional sites, design & build and other options.

The team:

• Offers and Operates two Managed Office Workspaces with on site meeting facilities: Greetwell Place and The Terrace
• Liaises with Local & National Agents & Developers
• Guidance on planning ,licensing and business rates
• Offers support to new business start ups and business support
• Information on funding available
