Acorn Medical Services undertakes first aid training for employees, as well as providing fully trained medical staff for both corporate and commercial events of all sizes throughout the area.

Need your staff to be First Aid trained?

We can come to you and deliver either a 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course, giving learners the skills and confidence to be able to treat many workplace related medical issues, or the longer 3-day First Aid at Work course, where learners get the EFAW course on day one, with additional skills & knowledge taught on days 2 and 3. Both courses teach staff how to care for an injured person until the arrival of the emergency services.

It’s not, however, how to do open heart surgery in one easy lesson!

Both courses tick the FA box under Health & Safety legislation, bit it’s down to the Risk Assessment of the workplace to determine which one is right for you and your business.

Prices start from £70 per learner, with discounts available for block bookings. Certificates last 3 years. Over 16’s only.
