Create Your Therapy delivers professional talks, workshops and creative wellbeing experiences that combine psychology-informed approaches, neuroscience and creativity, including art, movement and writing.

Our work is designed to support people in developing greater self-understanding, navigating life’s challenges and building practical skills that promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal growth. Through engaging and accessible education, we explore topics including stress and burnout, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, confidence, self-worth, self-compassion, life-changing experiences, change and personal development.

We help people understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical responses, and how these can influence both mental and physical wellbeing. Alongside this understanding, we provide practical, evidence-informed tools and strategies that can be applied in everyday life to support healthier ways of coping and build resilience.

Creativity is incorporated as an accessible way to reflect, express and explore thoughts, emotions and experiences. No previous artistic or creative experience is required. Our approach is inclusive, non-clinical and person-centred, creating supportive environments where people can pause, reflect, learn, connect and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

We work with people of all ages and genders, and collaborate with businesses, healthcare organisations, charities and community groups. Our tailored talks, workshops and experiences aim to educate, empower and support individuals and communities through periods of change, challenge and transition.
