Jenny has also received training in many aspects of property investing and development including commercial conversions. Jenny’s architectural design, planning and residential building regulations expertise combined with development knowledge enables her to evaluate development potential of a building or site. We have a planning consultant on the team and together we can advise on planning strategies and see the project through planning. We can also see the project through planning conditions and building regulations / construction drawings ready for you to start building.
