National Employer Training provide funded and commercial training opportunities to businesses. NET create bespoke training plans for employers, depending on their priority needs and growth targets. NET operate nationally, but the projects team key area of focus is Greater Lincolnshire. NET have supported over 400 businesses in the Greater Lincolnshire area through a combination of accredited and non accredited sector specific qualifications which are relevant to each businesses specific needs. NET have a team of sector specific tutors and assessors who have years of industry knowledge and experience on hand for businesses and their staff when it comes to full diplomas, certificates or one day workshops and refreshers. Our key areas of focus are health and social care, hospitality and visitor economy, manufacturing, professional services and workplace compliance. We are a training provider who are 100% employer led, travelling to deliver on employers sites and to a schedule that meets their needs and shift patterns.
