• Red House Coaching & Retreats offers structured life and relationship coaching for individuals and couples, delivered through both in-person and online formats. I specialise in supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed or at a crossroads to gain clarity, rebuild self-worth and make confident, lasting decisions.
• My core services include one-to-one coaching programmes, couples coaching, and facilitated conversations to support communication, decision-making and relationship challenges, including separation or rebuilding.
• I also deliver private and small group retreats at Kingfisher Cottage, a dedicated riverside space in Barkston, Lincolnshire, designed for reflective, low-impact wellbeing work.
• In addition, I provide workshops, training and facilitated sessions for organisations and community groups, drawing on my background in community engagement and professional practice.
