This Winter our manufacturing team will be holding a series of short focused online workshop focused on specific areas of business management from a consultant’s point of view.
Every organisation should focus on eliminating waste and maximising profitability. The Roman’s understood this, straight roads to cut unnecessary transport and movement and the Roman proverb, ‘Everything in Excess harms’ could be Toyota or Motorola’s motto. Hiding in plain sight are different types of waste that erode profit and business potential, in this hour we will examine the wastes behind LEAN Thinking, where to find them and put you on the path to reducing costs, increasing capacity and improving profits.
