A 5-Part Virtual Workshop Series

As the workplace evolves, so must our managers and leaders. This comprehensive virtual programme is designed to equip managers with the essential HR tools, legal knowledge, and technological insights required to lead effectively in today’s landscape. From mastering the latest legislative shifts to understanding the risks of AI, these sessions provide the practical foundations for modern management.

10th Sept -Workshop 1: Intro to Management – From Contributor to Manager

Key focus: Shifting priorities, delegating with confidence, and establishing your leadership identity.

The transition from being a ‘doer’ to a leader is the most significant shift in a career. This session focuses on the mindset change required to step back from tasks and step into people management.

These workshops will be held online, places are limited to allow time for group discussion and questions.
